Delivery in Europe is currently carried out by DHL and their local delivery partners.

It is very important to us to work with a partner who sends our shipments climate neutral. Therefore, we ship with DHL in Europe. Learn more about Sustainable with GoGreen | DHL

Our delivery times:

Standard delivery: We will inform you about the expected delivery time of your order in checkout and in your order confirmation email - this time may vary according to the selected items and the shipping method.

Once your parcel has been handed over to our shipping carriers, you can track your parcel with the shipping carrier tracking number provided via email. This will allow you to check the status of your delivery online using the shipping carrier tracking portal.

In addition to this, there are also often additional local delivery options fulfilled by the shipping carrier available. Please check the website of the shipping carrier.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 2-3 business days to be dispatched. 

All prices include duties/customs fees that may apply to orders delivered within the EU.

Currently we only offer shipping within the European Union. If you want to order from outside the EU, please contact us at hello@abhymovement.com.

Some orders for delivery outside of the EU may have customs and import fees upon delivery. These are to be paid by you to the shipping carrier.

We have no control over possible import charges assessed by the countries importers.

If you choose to refuse the customs fee, your parcel may be abandoned and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. If you're unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs and import fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

We're sorry to hear you received a damaged or faulty item. If your item is damaged or defective, please send an email to hello@abhymovement.com with the item name, a picture of the item show the fault as clearly as possible, preferably with the hang tag of the item in the picture, along with your order number. From there, we may ask you to return the damaged item to us and we can ship a replacement (subject to availability) or will happily refund the original product price and associated delivery costs. This will return to the original method of payment.

If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Upon receipt of your goods, please inspect your items and contact us within 30 days to let us know of any damages/defects. Please note that the normal warranty conditions will apply.

Please note, you are responsible for all costs incurred in relation to any return. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of the goods.

We kindly ask that customers make sure the shipping address is correct prior to confirming the order.If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to adjust the shipping address. Please reach out to hello@abhymovement.com with your order number and correct address immediately. We will try our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been shipped, but we cannot guarantee it. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address. We kindly ask that you reach out the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number and request to change the adress.

If the tracking number says it has been delivered, double check with all family members and/or neighbours that could possibly have picked it up. If the order is still not found, we ask you to contact your shipping carrier with your tracking number for more information.

If they can't find the order please contact us immediately so we can start working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. In general, we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did NOT receive it, please start the claim process with the shipping carrier.

Order and purchase

We accept Paypal, Klarna, ShopPay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Customers cannot cancel their own orders. If you wish to cancel, reach out to our team immediately at hello@abhymovement.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once an order is placed, it is difficult to adjust the order because immediately our fulfilment porcess starts. We kindly ask that customers make sure the items they are placing in cart are the correct size and color, and the shipping address is correct. However, if the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel your order. Once an order is cancelled, customers may re-place the order with their desired size and style.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility to return any product within 14 days from the delivery date of your order and be refunded for the full price of the returned items. Learn more about our Refund policy.

Customers outside Germany? Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred for the return.

Whats means Pre-order? 

These are products that are not in stock at the moment, but can be ordered in advance. Get early access to our limited collections and secure the latest products by pre ordering! Once your order is placed, you have secured your purchase and we will deliver your item as soon as it’s available to be shipped.
