We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (abhy | Karina Sorega-Unberath, Humboldtstrasse 102, 22083 Hamburg, Germany, hello@abhymovement.com, +49 15112745422) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this purpose, you may use the enclosed sample cancellation form, which, however, is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (or additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery on offer), without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancelation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us (abhy | Sorega-Unberath, Humboldtstr. 102, 22083 Hamburg, Germany) without undue delay and in any case no later than within 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

To ensure that your return arrives safely to us, we ask that you return items only from the country to which the order was shipped. Returns from another country may incur additional charges as well as delays due to customs clearance e.g.

Exclusion of the Right to Cancel

 The right to cancel does not apply to the following agreements:

− agreements for the delivery of goods that are perishable or have a short expiration date,

− delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,

−delivery of sealed goods which for health, safety or hygiene reasons are not suitable to be returned once the seal has been removed after delivery,

− delivery of goods that after delivery are, due to their nature, irrevocably mixed with other goods.

In the event of a partial cancellation, the minimum order value valid for a reduction or discount based on a minimum order value shall be the total value of goods exempt from the cancellation. Should the order value fall below the minimum order value, the applied reduction or discount shall no longer be valid.

In the case of partial cancellation, abhy can demand from the purchaser an additional payment for delivery costs (for the original delivery from abhy to the purchaser), if the remaining order value after cancellation (original order value minus the order value of returned goods) falls below the minimum amount for free delivery and if no delivery costs were calculated on the original order.

Special notes

If you finance this purchase agreement by means of a loan and later cancel it, you will also no longer be bound by the loan agreement, provided that both agreements form a single economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are your lender at the same time or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing. If the loan has already accrued to us when the cancellation takes effect, your lender shall be subrogated to our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the cancellation or return. If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, exercise your right of cancellation and also cancel the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of cancellation for this.

We would like to point out that the right to cancel is only applicable to non-commercial customers (end consumers).
