Easy returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility to return any product within 14 days from the delivery date of your order and be refunded for the full price of the returned items. Learn more about our Refund policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of payment must accompany the return.

Too big, wrong colour, wrong style? No problem: The return shipping for your order is free of charge within Germany.

1 | START THE RETURN PROCESS

If you decide to return an item, please use our Online Return Portal, as this is the most sustainable option. If you prefer paper, you can contact us at hello@abhymovement.com.

Whenever you request a return, you must consider the following:

• The deadline for returning purchased products is 14 days.

• The products must not have been used and must have all the original labels.

• For hygienic reasons, we will only accept return of sportswear unworn and with the hygiene strip.

2 | CAREFULLY PACK YOUR ITEMS

Place the product(s) you wish to return, preferably in the original packaging, then pack and seal your parcel securely. If you no longer have the original packaging, wrap the product(s) in a sturdy package of an appropriate size to protect the contents.

3 | SHIP THE PARCEL TO US

Remember to keep the proof of shipment and the tracking number of your package, you are solely responsible for your shipment until receipt in our warehouse, and without proof of delivery, a request for a refund will be denied.

If you decide to return an item, please contact us by e-mail at hello@abhymovement.com together with your order number. We will then send you our return form by e-mail. With the returns form, we can process your return faster and more securely.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs incurred for the return. Thats means in the case of a withdrawal of the products, the return costs are on the side of the buyer with respect to our environment. In this way, we would like to raise awareness for delivery routes and thus minimize the return routes.

3 | SHIP THE PARCEL TO US

You are free to choose the carrier of your choice. The shipping costs remain at your expense.

We advise you to choose an insured tracked and signed parcel service. Kindly keep in mind, when choosing a courier of your choice, to make sure to obtain a proof of shipment and a tracking number. It's easier for everyone if something happens with the parcel on its way here.

Remember to keep the tracking number of your package, you are solely responsible for your shipment until receipt in our warehouse, and without proof of delivery, a request for a refund will be denied.

To ensure that your return arrives safely to us, we ask that you return items only from the country to which the order was shipped. Returns from another country may incur additional charges as well as delays due to customs clearance, etc.

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

We advise you to keep the proof of shipment until it is refunded.
